Payday Express - How to Deal With Them???

I recently got myself into trouble with payday loans. Wonga, Quickquid, Lending Stream, TxtLoan and Cash Genie all responded to me and agreed a payment plan. Payday Express however.....where do you begin?
The loan is £400, and the money is due out on the 28th of January. I have e-mailed and tried to call twice.
What do you suggest I should do? Will they accept a repayment of £20 a month?

No experience of this company though. I would write to them, signed for with your offer Also print your email for your records and maybe enclose it?
Move your bank account to a different bank and close your account so even if your bank honour the payment after that they can't just steal your money.
There is a thread on dealing with payday loan companies.:beer:0 -
Sadly with changing the bank account, I have missed the HR deadline with wage submissions. Can I get Lloyds TSB to stop them taking this money out?0

Please only deal with this company in writing - recorded delivery where possible
They don't like responding to emails due to the data protection is what I was told!!!
They once told me I had an account froze (it turns out it wasn't) and wrote a letter with no balance on... I did incur extra charge further down the line that said they never raided my bank account (about the only glowing thing I can really say about them!)
You can pay them by taking cash only to your nearest Money Shop0
