Hello every body
I'm running a pub-restaurant, and I've received the visit of a Company that told me thet I have to have a Certificate for the extractor (of course after a payment of 330.00 pounds). I would like to know if it's a legal requirement to have, in my kitchen, an HVCA Certification for the extractor hood?
I'll be gratefull if some body could tell me something more.
Thanks in advance
