Tax & NI on annual bonus - help needed!

I earn £25,000 and am due to get my annual bonus at the end of March. Last year, this was 12%, so I'm basing these questions on that amount again.

Firstly, will I be taxed on the gross monthly income, or do they treat the salary and bonus as individual amounts?

And, do you know roughly how much tax I'll pay/how much take-home money I'll have left?

assuming the following:

1) your tax code is 503L
2) your monthly gross salary is £2083
3) you do not pay into a works pension.

the tax will be around £1003
NIC approx £512

Takehome approx £3567
