I switched to the Npower Go Fix duel fuel in December and haven't got my love to shop vouchers or cash back as yet, hopefully soon.:rotfl: Smile Your Saving:rotfl:0

When the rolled out the 'price fix' offers I suspected that they were either going to drop there prices or that possible with all the anger the price the gas/leccy price situation is generating that they were expecting the government to actually DO something about it in the new year.
The government needs some good press and taking the energy companys to task over this would help their "We care" image. If there isn't one of those new e-petiton things on this, now might be a good time to start one and get people putting up a fuss to there MPs.
Something has to be done, I just haven't a clue how to get a thing like this rolling apart from mailing my local MP and hoping if enough people mention it to him he might stand up and say a few words on behalf of the 'freezing masses'.
[ADDITION]
Not sure if it'll get through but had a poke around the Brighton/Hove council site and handed in a e-petition draft to them. The green party are in charge there, hopefully she'll get plenty of media attention as she's the first Green Party candidate in the house of commons.~"I don't cook so much since we moved out of reality...."~0 -
Sorry, this is slightly off topic, but does anyone know when those who took Npower's Go-fix 8 tariff should expect their cash back and love to shop vouchers? And who do they come from??
Thanks

Thanks to Ofgem (not in spite of), the energy companies shareholders have been laughing all the way to the bank for years, but now, by using the salesman's age-old tactic of suggestive fear, the increased heavy selling of long term handcuff contracts for their respectively terrorised customers is allowing them to laugh even louder.
Putting greed before principle (sound familiar?), they never told you their chains and locks would ensure you'd pay less, just that your last pennies were guaranteed to go to them alone.
Agreeing to any long term binding contract might just be a minor insurance policy, however necessary, for you, but - as the immoral insurance market has shown - it's extremely lucrative and insidiously useful for them. Particularly if it can be signed in blood.
Lets just hope all these binding contracts we've allowed the big 6 to tie us up with, don't encourage them to ignore the principle that responsible capitalism is about competition and quality rather than uncontrolled leeching and profiteering. Oops, too late.0 -

Hi Sloganjerry - I changed to go-fix 8 on 22nd December and still havent' received my vouchers - called them today and they werne't very helpful. Just said they would pass my details to their team and will look into it but may take up to 6 weeks to get back to me - not helpful!
I hope I hear before then - my husband has lost his job and these vouchers will come in very handy. They also mentioned it may not be Love2Shop vouchers but others - don't like the idea of that - as these vouchers give lots of options.
Now they have got my custom, money etc. seems like they aren't in a rush to give me what they promised. Would be interested to hear what they say to you if you chase.0
