I have had a letter off blockbuster saying that I owe them £8 pounds for late dvd's. I don't have a problem with paying them, just I havnt been in to get anymore dvd's and so havn't paid the money yet.
So, the letter said that I could go into the store, call them, or if I ignor the letter, after 5 days of the date then they would just take it off my debit/credit card. The letter was dated the 2nd, so 5 days after would be the 7th, I got the letter on the 9th.
So they took the money without asking. Is this fair, and is there anything I can do about??
Thanks!
