Hi - sorry if there is a thread already but couldn't see one recently.
My husband and I will hopefully have a 5% deposit together. I have looked online at what 95% mortgages are available and seen most of them are open only to existing customers.
My question is - has anyone been successful in getting a 95%mortgage as it seems from what I have read on the forums most applications are unsuccessful.
Thanks

Much will depend on other factors such as income multiple, credit rating etc.
Better to focus on your own circumstances than worry about why others were declined.0 -
