Only works with this item - size and colour specific and yopu must order 2. Sale price should show saving of £98, amount to pay £1,100. the glitch shows it the other way around - total cost is £98 saving of £1,100.

has been passed around to friends and work colleagues, don't know what you will be invoiced but you're welcome to try for an absolute bargain! good luck.

  • I was one of said early birds who got in on the 'action'! I ordered 3 pairs of sofas at a grand total of just over £300 (not bad for £3600+ worth of sofas! I received confirmation emails, the payment (3 transactions) has been taken from my credit card. However, this evening I received a follow-up email saying that due to them "not receiving the stock they expected they have to cancel the order."

    Question I need help with folks is do I have any rights? Do they need to honour this? Should I phone them and say I'm willing to wait for more stock (ie as long as it takes).

    Please help!

    you can try.... but i think they can refund and say no.
    they are quite good with refunds etc in store, usually customer is always right with them...;)
    so i'd ring up if i were you - say how disappointed you are in the company if they cannot honour the order etc....

    No, they don't have to honor this. That was the invitation to treat price. They have declined your offer and will refund the money.
