As I understand it mate they don't process it until monday!

If you already have a moneybookers account, go to profile, then add email address. You can do it all under the one log on!

Hi, we managed to get our lovely £100 bonus and even won £30.01 for a line!!!

But I have tried to withdraw our winnings and my account shows this -
cash balance: £13.51
bonus balance: £65.50
total balance: £80.01
Unqualified Bonuses: £0.00

Then when I go to withdraw this appears:
Withdrawal
Notice Of Bonus Cancellation

Your account contains £0.00 in Bonuses that you have not yet qualified for, and £66.50 in Bonuses that you have earned. Withdrawing funds from your account will cancel all unqualified, qualified and earned Bonuses.


HELP!!! What do I do now?

Carry on. Baiscally just means you are forfeiting the rest of the bonus!

Did you carry on playing after you won? If so you were playing with your winnings They won't let you withdraw any bonus money and you can't withdraw under £20 so sounds like you've used up half of your £30

I got out as soon as I won - forfeited £80 bonus but had £29 to withdraw.
