1. Entrants of the 'Win a Fabulous 3 Night Stay in Amsterdam' competition (“the competition”) must be aged 18 years and over.
2. By entering into the competition, your email address will be added to the Loving Apartments mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time. At the end of the competition, to be eligible for the prize, you must still be a fan of the Loving Apartments Facebook page.
3. Competition prize dates are subject to availability. Your stay must be taken by the end of 2012. The following dates are not included in the prize: 06/04/12 - 09/04/12, 29/04/12 - 01/05/12, 11/09/12 - 16/09/12, 23/12/12 - 02/01/13.
4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or alternative prizes. Loving Apartments accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
5. The prize includes 3 nights accommodation in the Leidseplein Oasis Apartment for 4 people. Flights, transfers and any holiday expenses are not included in the prize. As with most hotels and apartments, you will be asked to provide credit card details which will be used as a damage deposit. The apartment owner will also require a EUR 50 cash deposit on arrival which will be returned if the apartment is returned in good condition.
6. Employees or agencies of Loving Apartments, family members, or persons living in the same households of such employees are not eligible to enter the competition.
7. By entering into the competition, you are accepting the stated Terms and Conditions.
8. The competition begins 12/01/12 at 10:00 and ends 13/02/12 at 14:00. Entries must be received by this time to be included.
9. Successful entries must include the correct answer to our competition question, full name and email address. Those who have correctly answered the competition question will be entered into the prize draw, from which the winner will be selected at random. You must enter via our official competition page by completing the competition form. No entries will be accepted by email.
10. Loving Apartments accepts no responsibility for any entries that fail to be submitted due to incomplete details or technical difficulties.
11. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. Loving Apartments’ decision will be final. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to Loving Apartments within 21 days of being notified, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
12. The winners name will also be announced on the Loving Apartments Facebook page.
13. In the situation that the prize is not available for circumstances beyond reasonable control, a substitute prize of similar value will be offered.
14. Loving Apartments accept no responsibility for any loss, liability, damage or disappointment incurred as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
15. The promotion will be governed by English law.
