Hi there Everyone
I am really looking for some advice, I recently moved back into childcare 3 months ago and my wages have been paid late every month, (still waiting for dec wages), It is getting quite bad atm and i am currently looking at moving to live with friends in Sheffield (1hr 1/2 away)
My question is if i was to leave and move to sheffield would i be entitiled to jsa as i will have to hand my notice in although it is because of reasonable reasons, Would i be sanctioned for this
Thanks everyone
Jamie

Possibly, yes. Have you asked your employer what the problem is with your wages being late.
When you make a claim to JSA, you will be asked your reasons for leaving your last job and then you will be asked to fill out a form called an 84LV with your reasons. This is then sent to the decision makers to look at. You will get paid JSA whilst the decision is being looked at.0
