    Thanks!
Next are not in my good books. I have a balance but keep it up to date every month, if not paid off in full. I then placed an order last week (Thursday) paying upfront for those specific goods. They took the money and never sent the goods - I have called every day since, and they said the money has been taken and used against my balance! I said they could not do this as I am not in arrears, and they agreed I could pay for that order upfront.

So no goods and no refund as they argue that the money I paid for the order could be used to pay off part of my balance! (even though I made an account payment 2 weeks ago!)
