To all those who are having or indeed have had problems, their main web site says they are experiencing technichal difficulties and to email them at www.info@naty.com. Another poster has emailed them and a coupon is now on its way, so a long shot but could be worth it! Sally0

Their customer service is great, and they are very quick at getting back to emails.
Unfortunately the brand isn't stocked in my local sainsburys (bath). I have picked them up in waitrose and boots before though at full price less the £4 voucher.0 -
Got to agree, they seem to be on the ball. emailed last night regarding coupon and received email today asking for home address to pop one in the post. Just checked in Sainsbury Local and non in stock so it could just be the large sainsburys unless anyone has managed to get any from 'local' sainsburys. Sally0

For those who cannot find them..Boots sell them too, but not as cheap as Sainsburys.0

Thanks, I emailed yesterday, very quick response and voucher in the post. I like their nappies for daytime use but don't find them quite as absorbant for nightime use, sometimes leaked through.
Waitrose also sell them for anyone having trouble getting them0 -
These are not in my Tesco or Sainsburys but are in my local Boots at 4.38 for the newborn size. In the advantage card machine there is a voucher for 2.50 off a £10 spend so I combined that with my two vouchers for the nappies and bumped the price up with a few baby toiletries and got lots of money off as a result!Nov NSD: 8/7 Dec NSD: 1/10Sealed pot member #1443 2011: £106. 2012: £171Ninjakat challenge: Aim to clear two debts by April 2013100 day challenge: No toiletries or magazines 19/100 (3 x fails

Managed to grab a packet of size 4 in Pinhoe sainsburys, Exeter this morning. It was the last one though do still looking for another for my second voucher. Hopefully they will have a delivery on Monday.0

I think I got lucky in Asda today, I used 2 vouchers for these nappies but only had Huggies in my trolley, went through the self check out, the "watcher" came over as they needed authorisation that it was a valid voucher, she checked the date and accepted them! I did have a large bunch of shopping and vouchers so don't know if that helped! You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0

I've been to two sainsburys tonight, but couldn't find any trace of this brand of nappies ?0
