Need a mortgage

My partner has just accepted an offer on her house we will have 30000 for a deposit and are looking at a maximum purchase of 125000.

My partner is part time income £10000 per annum

I am full time £19000 per annum

Problem is I have only been in this employment for 3 month (never been out of work it was just this job was better paid) I also have 1 CCJ from 2009. We have applied and been refused.

Is there anyone doing mortgages which will help

    Who refused you?

How much was the CCJ for, has it now been paid - if so when?

You have a decent deposit, you income is ok, so if the rest of your credit is ok, you should be able to find a lender.

CCJ was in 2009 finished repaying last year full amount £1400 which was a joint credit card with ex.

Because of this my rating is poor.

Been refused off Halifax went to estate agents advisor who said no along with independent advisor who is still trying to sort something out.
