My company acts as U.K. Agents to a European vineyard.
The vineyard is really giving us a hard time at the moment, going behind our backs, trying to poach customers direct, being very slow in paying our commission etc.
We would really like to drop them but at the same time obtain some compensation for the 10 years or more of hard work we have put in on their behalf.
Where is the best place to go to get advice on international Agency Law? Is there anything on the internet as a start point?

it's a very specialist area and you need a specialist solicitor. I wouldn't go near the internet for this one! Who helped you set up the contract, they'd be a good start point.Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
Your only chance of compensation is if you had something written in your terms of business or contract you got them to sign. If you didn't have anything in there, there is no legal statutory right to compensation.0
