Google raters - more than one company?

I am going to apply to Lionbridge for the position of a website evaluator for them. I know that it is quite hard to get into and in no way guaranteed but I did not want to rule out the possibility of working for Appen Butler Hill at a later date (at the moment 20-22 hours a week would be too much for me). It does ask on the Appen Butler Hill form if you have worked for a company evaluating search engine results before and for the name of the company.
I was just wondering if anyone has worked for Appen Butler Hill after working for Lionbridge - or vice versa. I think I have read that you can't work for Leapforce if you have worked for Lionbridge.
