Been so long since i have been on here. I dont know why but i cannot keep on track i think it's because i am being to strict - not allowing any luxaries etc.

So I am going to start with a quick meal plan for the week and set aside £10 for extras we do not have.

Monday - Pasta Bake
Tuesday - Chicken Curry
Weds - Jacket Pots
Thursday - Mince/chilli/spagbol
Friday - Omlette, beans and chips
Sat - Sausage and Mash
Sun - Pasta Carbonara

Toast/Weetabix or Porridge for breakfast
Sandwiches/Soup/wraps for lunch

I have started to build up some savings on our gas pre payment meter. Ready for the cold weather - using some fleece blankets I have lined some curtains in the house. Will need to get 8 more blankets to finish off the rest of house.

I'm really trying to get sewing machine working with no success, i wanted to make up some sausage draught excluders.

I have had a super productive week.

Scrubbed oven, defrosted freezer. Sorted winter attire for us all, DS1 will need a new coat! So will be keeping eyes peeled on ebay. I have learnt to knit - i am so pleased with myself.

Finally got around to sorting out our cat, she has been spayed, micro chipped and insured. I have also started on the xmas shopping - really really need to get sorted for birthdays which are Nov for ds1 and Dec for ds2 - yuckkkkk

I have semi meal planned for next week but will need to spend another 30 mins sorting that out this week. I have inventoried all cupboards so i know exactly whats in there.

I need to book some time off work - will need to check my holidays and see how many i have left.

Feeling enthusiastic about the forth coming ride!
