I currently have a variable mortgage and looking to move house therefore would need to mortgage, i only need to borrow £10k of what i have, but during the last year we have had unsecured bad credit. Due to money etc and jobs.
Can you advise if this owuld affect us going for a remortgage and if so how do we get around this?
thanks

In what way have you had bad unsecured credit? Late payments, defaults, CCJ's?
Why only borrowing £10k?0
