Been too busy to post - half my colleagues are off sick or on holiday - but it has helped with keeping the spends low. Wed and Thurs were NSD and planning for the same today. So far have only spent money on a birthday present and on fares, parking etc on a business trip (which I will reclaim on expenses).
Keep warm and safe while saving money everyone.0 -
Well folks, so far today and it's not even lunch time, I've spent £3.23 posting a parcel.
Just to bore you all, my DD has an Ipod, the screen on the original one went funny just before it was 12 months old. PC world exchanged it no problems and she got a better one.
They offered me the insurance, I don't usually bother, but I thought we may have the same problem again.
Which we have..this Ipod is 16 months old....I have phoned up and they sent me a special bag and a pre-stamped box to return in.
Great.
The letter did recommend I pay the 70p to ensure the parcel got there.
But, that only covers me for up to £32 if it goes missing.
I have paid the extra to insure it properly, do you think I should get my money back?Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -

£1.55 on lunch from the canteen.
Not too bad... will put the change that isnt "relevant" from my £10 in to my pocket money pot in my desk draw.
Relevant is anything that is a note or £ coin. The rest, unless i need change, goes in my pot. I hoard 20ps for the lockers in the gym and currently have about £4 in my purse as 'tokens' for me and mam while gymming it

No spend day for me so far, hopefully I will manage not to spend anything later!
