Do you have online banking? Can you open a savings account online (i know with lloyds and halifax for example you can open them instantly online if you bank with them)? Then transfer it straight to that.

The idea is to open an account with another bank, not the same one as you are currently using.

If you can pay Minicredit then do. If you miss your payment schedule with them they are horrendous for adding charges and do not negotiate on reducing them.

Yes that should definately be the idea, but that cannot happen in time for tomorrow which is why i suggested a savings account with the bank OP currently uses (as its open instantly in most cases) so that the money could be transferred out of the current account tonight.

If the original account goes overdrawn because PDL's try to take their cash and all the money is in the new account I think I'm right in saying the bank can just move the funds from the new account to cover outstanding charges on the old account.

    That's why I said a different bank.

  • I was in a similar situation as you.

I owed money to 3 payday loan companies and my wages were due in 2 days. So I contacted them in order to get a repayment plan or sth.
Peachy loans and Wonga were very helpful and helped me with the repayment plan that I can actually afford.

whoever is in this situation the best thing to do is to set up repayment plans that u can afford( unless you can actually borrow money from ur family member and delete the debts for good)

LOL I hope they cleaned him out, the only way to learn harsh lessons is to have them taught to you.
