Its basically where Virgin has not installed their own fibre optic cable network and instead supply broadband through your BT (ADSL) phone socket.

I was thinking of going for the phone and broadband bundle with virgin. Would this cashback be paid on that? It doesn't seem very clear on the Quidco site what it would be paid on.
