I bet if you picked up a paper which had the coupon ripped out, you'd be straight up complaining about it
I reckon they'd actually purchase that copy as well.........there's no need for this!0 -

I'm hopefully soon going to be looking for employment rather than self employment as I am doing now and I am seriously thinking of getting a job in a newsagents.Am I right in thinking that at the end of the day all the papers that haven't been sold go back to wherever they came from? Would anyone ever notice if a few little coupons had been snipped out? Maybe Crocker could answer that one for me or on the other hand do you think it would get me the sack?:think:0

Really? OK... let's do the Maths...Tibbie's_mum wrote:I reckon they'd actually purchase that copy as well.........there's no need for this!
10 vouchers @ £4 each = £40 in vouchers
Price for 10 newspapers = £4.50
Let's examine the post:FRISKYVENUS7963 wrote:Or £0.50 for £40 worth of vouchers if you rip one out on way round tesco
10 x mails
If the voucher is to be ripped out and bought in the same transaction, you will indeed be paying 50p for 10 papers, but will leave the store with £36 in vouchers.
So, by saying 50p for £40, you were implying that you would obtain an extra 11th coupon from somewhere - the post says "10 x mails" which confirms there is no 11th paper being bought here.
Hope you understand now

Let's examine the post:
If the voucher is to be ripped out and bought in the same transaction, you will indeed be paying 50p for 10 papers, but will leave the store with £35 in vouchers.
So, by saying 50p for £40, you were implying that you would obtain an extra 11th coupon from somewhere - the post says "10 x mails" which confirms there is no 11th paper being bought here.
Hope you understand now
