Garlic Granules v Garlic Powder?
Comments

Am I the only sinner to admit to keeping a jar of Lazy Garlic in the fridge in case I have no fresh?
I love garlic & put it in most things!

Thanks for the replies everyone.
I've never been too struck on the lazy garlic but I think I'll give the stuff that comes ready minced in a tube a go... that should do the trick nicely I think (for convenience and waste food reduction which is big on Jonny's agenda for this year

I like the granules and powder, I find they have less strength than a clove of garlic which I much prefer. The powder is on offer in Asda for 50p per jar at the moment.
I find there is a blander taste but I find that's better for my personal taste but it's all about trial and error and finding out what works for you
