asda online order - payment?

Hi,done my online shop yesterday - went through payment process and verified by visa. Later on realised I'd forgot rock salt so went back and amended it - I had to go through verified by visa again.
Does this mean that the 2 different payments have been set aside by asda/ the bank?

You will be able to tell by going into online banking and looking at the difference between your balance and available balance.

I often amend my orders but they have only ever put one amount to one side, if that makes sense?

Thanks for the quick reply.
I bank with the co op - not the fastest online banking (going to change soon for that exact reason), with their speed it probably wont even be showing this time next week!!
