hi
this is quite a complex situation.
Surrently single, have the opp to buy a 25% share of a new build, est value 170k
I have deposit of 12k, I have just started working for 3 different organisations, but as a contract worker, so have no provable accounts.
My salary is approx 2k a month
I am also registered disabled and recieve in benefits £550 a month
what is the likelihood of me getting a mortgage
my credit rating is quite poor due to a long period out of work due to an accident, but all has been satisfied.
