Help with relocation due to work.

Hi guys, am new to the forums and not sure if this is the right place on here to post this.
I've been on job seekers allowance for some time and have recently decided to apply for jobs in another town. Anyway I have had some success as I have had a phone interview and hoping to attend the assessment centre in a week or so.
My question was, as I have no savings and I live at home with parents who's household income is less then £16,000 is there any where other then the bank to get financial help with relocating if I am offered the job? I am looking to move as I live in Leicester and the job is based 150+ miles away in Manchester.
Can some one please help point me in the right direction and advise to what I may be able to clam from the government and regarding the financial help stated above.

Unless the employer offers a relocation package, ask your Job centre.0
