Competition Terms and Conditions
This competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Visit Oxfordshire or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation of and administration of this promotion or their families. Visit Oxfordshire is the promoter.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
All entries must be submitted before midnight on 1st December 2012. No entries will be considered after this time.
All entrants must provide their full name, address, and email. Any entry received without this information will not be entered into the competition by Visit Oxfordshire. All details provided will be verified when the competition closes.
Entries will not be acknowledged upon submission.
Visit Oxfordshire takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
The winners shall be notified by 14th December 2012 at the email address supplied on entering the competition. One winner will be selected at random from all correct/valid entries received by the closing date.
The Prize Winner must agree to his or her name and general location being used for publicity purposes by Visit Oxfordshire in any and all media.
Any breach of these competition rules by an entrant will void their entry.
Visit Oxfordshire's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
There is 1 prize consisting of
•A 2 night stay for 2 people in one of the Oxfordshire-based Four Pillars Hotels, including dinner, bed and breakfast (subject to availability)
•Two tickets to Waterperry Gardens
There are no choices of activity and no cash alternative.
The Prize Winner (and their guest) must travel to the Hotel to partake in the activity. No travel or travel supplement will be provided. Additional expenses and costs to be paid for as taken, including travel, food, drink, parking etc.
The prizes have no cash value. The prizes are non-transferable and will be offered on a confirmed basis only. No changes will be permitted.
Prizes must be taken by 31st June 2013 and are subject to availability and exclude Christmas and New Year.
The Prize vouchers are not transferable to family members or any other named person and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize.
The Prize Winner and their companion will be entirely responsible for their own insurance requirements.
In the event of an infringement of these Terms & Conditions Visit Oxfordshire reserves the right to withdraw the Prizes.
The Prizes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional by Visit Oxfordshire or any third party.
Once the Prize have been issued, Visit Oxfordshire shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Visit Oxfordshire.
The Prize Winners accepts the prize at his or her own risk.
No purchase necessary.
Visit Oxfordshire's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
