Civil Service Job Interview - Help!

I'm a long time reader but first time poster to these boards so hello!
Anyway, I have a job interview on Thursday for a job with the Civil Service and I'm really, really nervous as this will be my first interview for a while (actually a long while) and I don't want to mess it up. I would love to (finally) have a job and this one is something that I know I could succeed and do very well in.
I've been sent a few things about what to expect. It's a competency based interview with questions based on the topics of basic computer skills, decision making, managing yourself and your time and interpersonal skills.
Does anyone know what the questions will be like, how they're structured etc? (any other details etc).
I'm fine with talking about interpersonal skills, computer skills and even (to a lesser extent managing yourself and your time) but what will I say if they ask me anything about decision making? I'm struggling to think of examples to talk about.
Thanks all.

Most likely it will be questions along the lines of.."tell me about a time when you had to make a decision" etc etc. They will be looking for you to describe the situation, what YOU did, how YOU did it and what the outcome was. Theres tons of stuff on the internet about competency based interviews so might be worth having a read. You should find the competency requirements from whatever Civil Service site you applied with, try your best to make sure your examples fit with what they are looking for. I always found it useful to take notes in (almost all Civil Service Interviews will not mind you having notes). I've been with the DWP for 3 years now and loving every minute! Good luck!0
