Pls Help: OR wanting to take OH Salary in Lieu of notice

Yes, the information we hold and use is that lieu of notice monies are compensation for improper notice, not a continuation of the contract, not wages. I have not known anyone have trouble with the DWP regarding this.

Thanks for all your help; she has written a lengthy and comprehensive letter to the technical team at the OR with loads of back up! all we can do now is wait!
The thing that baffles both of us is that if they take that money then on the 1st of Feb we can’t pay the rent, or bills! I can’t believe they can’t let this happen!0
