I once had a client who wanted to keep the number of kids he had quiet on a mortgage application. I suggested there was an error in his actions which became apparent when we reached the child/working tax credits section of the application, income he needed taken into account.:wall:I am a mortgage broker. Go and have a play on sites like Nationwide, Abbey and Halifax. They all have affordability calculators and allow you to input various numbers of kids so you can see the impact they have.I am a mortgage broker.
