Hope some one can help
I have found a few lots of lemon zest that I grated and froze a few months ago,will these still be any good to use for cooking maybe a lemon drizzel cake or am I best to bin them TIA

If it's any help, I have used zest that had been in the freezer a few months.Maybe not quite as 'zesty' as fresh, but it did the job.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

I had some out the other day from the freezer which had been in there over the 'recommended' three months
, and it was fine.

Thanks for your responses I will use it then, I was just a little worried of it making us ill. I shall bake a lemon drizzel cake and have a think about what to use the rest of it with0
