Hello im looking for some advice,
Been recieving regular phone calls from capquest requesting money for an outstanding mobile phone bill.£353.
I sent a letter requesting the details of this debt as i genuinely can not ever remember having any phone with T.mobile.
On 28 Dec i recieved a photo copy of an T.mobile bill from Capquest
showing over due amount, acc no,invoice no,and bill date.27 March 09. Also with a letter advising if i require a copy of the contract to contact the outlet were i purchased the phone,to provide me a copy of the aggrement.
I would be grateful for any advice.
Regards Denise.....

Hi Thanks for your reply.
Yes it has my name and a previous Address. But I dont ever recall having a T.Mobile acc0 -
Could you contact TMobile to get them to send you a copy of the original agreement? that way you can see if it's your signature etc?SAVINGS: £63.86 // £3,0000

Assuming that it's a genuine bill, it sounds like someone could have used your previous details to take out an account/phone in your name without your knowledge?
First check with Tmobile I suppose to find out if someone has.
If they have, then report to https://reportfraud.actionfraud.org.uk/fraudreport/
and get a crime/ref number to give to CapQuest.
