Whats the best around at the moment?
Its time to remortgage as my current 3.29% fix comes to an end in a few weeks. Im looking to fix again for another 3 years at either 75% or 80% LTV
Current lender (FD) is 3.69% and the best alternative Ive found is YBS at 3.29%. Does anybody know of anything lower than 3.29?
Thanks!

When making comparisons include the cost of product fees and remortgaging costs.
Also look at the follow on rates, i.e. the SVR when the fixed term ends.
Chasing rates isn't always beneficial in the longer term.0
