wondered what the current price of caster sugar is, I stocked up last year when it was on offer in Morrisons

Caster sugar has increased hugely in price to £1.79 in all the major supermarkets but I buy mine in Lidl for 99p. This is the 1kg pack.
I haven't checked the Lidl price since just before Christmas when I stocked up so it may have changed recently. Does anyone know?
Thanks

I got a 2kg bag from tesco on the 23rd dec and it was £2.68- as I never usually buy sugar so I have no idea if that was a good price or not. It seemed expensive.June 2016 Grocery Challenge: £252.83/£175
