Had a rubbish day yesterday... got awful feedback from my interview on Friday and it really upset me because I honestly have no idea how it was that bad. It was my first interview through that agency so I don't think I'll be put forward for any further jobs somehow :(

I didn't get anything done yesterday except:
    send ebay parcels :)

    Today, mostly rolled from yesterday:
    food shop
    bank money
    bank cheques
    uni work
    start using new sewing machine
    washing up
    unpack from weekend away
    shower, straighten hair

    Have a good day x

Aw its rotten when you get feedback like that :( was it from the agency itself? I'm sure it wasn't as bad as they made out - you would know if it was!! Feedback is also supposed to be constructive so if it wasn't then they are not doing it properly - I hate it when agencies act like know it alls when they couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery

Hope you manage to distance yourself from the experience soon xxx

Again, an unproductive day... except for the sewing machine side of things! Tomorrows list is the same as todays, plus meeting work friends for lunch.

Thanks FC, I'd just talked myself into wanting a city job and quitting my current job when I got hit with this... it's put a total downer on my motivation and now I'm wondering if I'll ever be able to get into another industry.

Hope all is well with you happy steppers :)

Good morning Happy Steppers Crew :hello:
PPB I know you're hurting right now but just remember how many rejections J K Rowling got before Bloomsbury signed her up with Harry Potter! Look where she is right now!

If you have set your heart for a job in the City, you go for it girl! Speak to the agency and see if they can give you hints and tips - you need an injection of confidence right now. I enjoy Fairy Jobmother where Hayley helps families get back into employment - it is fascinating and informative. Sending you a major :grouphug:
