  • Sorry TM6 :) Im back now! eb@y is great when you are getting bids, but just so tedious listing. I listed a few things yesterday but not bothered if it doesn't sell... going to do a car boot at some point in the next few weeks. I did all of my list minus the uni work from friday :) had a lovely weekend, went out for an early birthday dinner on sat evening with Mr S and a few of his friends and it was such a funny evening, we all thorough enjoyed it. Waitressed at a ritz-style 80th tea party yesterday for a few pennies. Stupidly got a bit upset because we couldn't book tickets for the Harry Potter thingy on my actual birthday, I'm over it now but still disappointed.

Hope you all had a nice weekend :)

    Today:
Pop into work to sort out ID renewal
    meet friend for coffee
    gym
    washing up
uni work - at least do part 1 of assignment if nothing else (due weds!!)
    pad :D

I am also going to do some knitting and watch tv :)

Oh i did work really hard and cleared out the garage and a good bit of the spare room yesterday - still some clearing to do but its definitely starting to look like a room again :D

    Morning All!

9 :D out of 10 yesterday so I feel it was a good day! It was on top of a days work and 80 miles of driving so I patted myself on the back!!

Welcome back Counting Pennies. Such a sad step on your list today to be searching for someone missing and a generous gesture. I've done this myself as we live near a tidal river where people are often missing and it's a heartbreaking task. I hope for the sake of their parents and family that they are found soon.

Here are my steppies for the day:

    - Check bank and transfer pennies Done :D
    - polls and cashback site Done :D
    - Check about match for DD2 2moro night Done :D
    - Try and sort out Dad's mobile with UK company Done :D
    - Ring friend and arrange lunch :(No answer!
    - post cards :DDelivered in person instead!
    - Get to Music shopfor picks for DD2's ukelele! :(
    - Return clothes to shop that are yuck!:(
    - Bring DD2 to maths class Done :D
    - Change bed :(
    - Another load of washing :(

That's enough for today or my steps will be tripping me up!

Happy 1st May to all! Hope you'll all be dancing round the maypole today!

I only do an hour a day. There are some people helping from sunrise to sunset. Pure angels. He is only 8 years old. I just can't stand the thought of him cold and alone in the water. So sad. So tragic. And certainly puts things into prespective.

But on a more positive note, i'm making quite a dent in my list today! Happy 1st of May to you too Sligo! :D
