Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

Can you possibly get a part time job? or will it mean more childcare?
  • I could get a weekend job but struggle to find somebody who can look after my child every weekend. Also when i am on placement i have to work 37.5 hrs in hospital and this includes weekends sometimes so can't really commit to anything until summertime when i am off.

  • You could definatly cut your groceries by quite some way. I am a family of 3 (plus 2 cats and 2 rabbits) it's costing me £50 a week for food. Nappies and Wipes will cost £20 a month once Baby Roo arrives. I would say with proper meal planning you could get down to £140 easily.

Also get freesat (every penny helps)

You have to stop spending at christmas/birthdays if you want to make ends meet. You just cannot afford it right now.

I know your DD father pays for clothes, but the extra £9 a week (£36 a month) would come in handy and clothes for a child from charity shops/freecycles/eBay does not come anywhere near that much! Maybe ask him for the extra and say you will cover all expenses.
We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy!
