I ordered some photos from them as part of a similar trial last year. I had to pay £3 postage and then when the photos didin't arrive they refused to recognise my order number and wouldn't refund the money to my card. I don't think I would trust them again.

I used this offer and the mug and photos arrived quickly, ordered at the weekend and they arrived yesterday and good quality too. The postage is very steep - around £7 for my mug and 100 prints. My Quidco money has tracked though. Go through quidco then type the rest of the address into the address bar manually, it brings up the offer and still tracks. Hope this makes sense, I not very technical...
