Does anyone know of any companies that are offering 5% deposit mortgages. I currently earn £26000 and am a Police Officer whilst my fiancee works for M&S on £16000.

Look at Yorkshire Bank. Nottingham Building Society. Skipton Building Society.
But usually a 10% deposit will get a significantly better deal for the lending.0 -
Ipswich, Newsbury and Marsden building societies all offer a 95% products. Some of those only offer deals via advisors. I think there are a few others on the market too but cant remember off the top of my head.
Ths skipton might too.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Your better off saqving a far bigger deposit. If you go for a 95% mortgage you will be on a really high rate, go into negative equity and just have a bad time.
Cut back and get that deposit to 10-15%, it will be easier with house prices falling.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.
