Can i borrow with trust income?

I am currently looking to remortgage my home from 55% ltv to 70%ltv as a maximum.

I am retired (due to brain injury) and receive various incomes:
A very small pension (as i am 29)
monthly income into a special needs trust.
Disability benefits and tax credits

please can anyone point me in the right direction as i am bored of people saying no problem and then pulling the plug.

I require honesty and transparency so a straight forward no or yes we can take a look would be good.

Ing direct appear to provide this option but are there any others?
