Hello all, looking for a bit of help..
I own a one man ltd company and me and the wife are currently looking to move to a new house, I am currently in touch with an independant broker from an estate agents who want to charge me £125 once a deal in priciple is done and then a further £295 upon completion..
My current mortgage was done by a broker who didn;t charge..
So i'm looking for a broker who is whole of market but can help me in my situation. As i said i have a one man ltd company but i only have my first years books ( been running 18months now ) i should gain 30 - 40k profit from my current house and have seen a house local at £129000, last years earnings were £34000 but i pay myself a small wage and recieve a dividend..
Can anyone point me in the right direction

They are not likely to be independent if they are attached to an EA. I would steer well clear.
Go and see a REAL independent WOM broker and start again. You will struggle given you have only 1 years books.
try https://www.unbiased.co.uk for a local broker.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
This broker has told me that he has found a company that will take my situation into account and next week i should have a deal in principal0
