Hello again

Posted sometime ago asking for tax advice when working abroad, and here i am again.

If i leave the country before start of tax year and come back well after the end of the tax year, e.g. 1st march 07 - 30 jun 08, will my 'no tax' status cover me for the period of time i am out of the country in total not just the tax year?

Could someone break it down for me so that i know when i should be paying tax...and when not.....

by the way working in saudi where there is no tax in kingdom...
