On your facebook account go to account settings then click security.
The top one will say secure browsing enabled, click on it, untick it and click save changes.
Enter the competition and then change it back.

You've probably solved the problem by now but just incase you haven't - go to account settings >> security >> secure browsing, click "edit" >> untick the "Browse Facebook on a secure connection (https) when possible" option >> save changes

don't forget to go back afterwards and recheck the box though
