yes, exactly the same. I've logged on and it says my order is processing. She may have been inundated by orders after it was posted on here. I get the impression its a one man band type company. I think I'll give it until tomorrow then call if I've not heard.

I've just tried the number but it's an answering machine, think I'll drop them an email as I stupidly didn't set up an account so can't see my order status!

In exactly same position. Rang, got answer machine. Didn't set account up. Just e-mailed them.

My bag still hasn't been despached from Prezzybox after my order on Thursday 12th so I sent them an email which they kindly replied to within an hour -

Thank you for this message. Please accept my apologies for any delay with your order due to stock levels. We are expecting further stock on Tuesday 17th January after which time your order will be processed for dispatch. I hope this is of help.
Once again, my sincere apologies for any delay and inconvenience caused.

I still think its a bit naughty that the website promised that both items would be dispatched within 24 hours. Thank goodness I didn't pay extra for faster delivery as it would have made no difference at all!
