New product query

I have been busy designing a craft product. I would like to label my product. Ideally I would like it to be wipeable, but must be washable. It would be sewn onto my product. This would be my business name. Would I need to check this name does not exist anywhere else if I were to label my products with it?

Does anyone know on the net a place I could get these done for me. I would like them to be around 10inch by 4inch in size.

Thanks Jay
I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs, dust go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.

    That's some product if it needs a label the size of a brick.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
