There's only the postal route for this one and no form - you just need to put your answers on plain paper.

I assume it is the same as the puzzler ones where it is 1 comp but you can enter via nmerous magazines to build up entries.

Really don't think it is Anne Hathaway - that pic looks nothing like the 'c' pic in the mag. Emily Blunt looks a lot more likely - however I am still not convinced. The mouth looks so familiar, I just can't place it........
