Royal Mail Project 2012: As many of you will be aware, we have some changes on their way for this year. The biggest will be 6 month rotation of our private panellists to bolster the survey's integrity whilst allowing at least twice as many panellists to participate. We've already received some good questions about the details of Panellist Rotation, particularly concerning distribution of incentives. We will address these questions in further communications to be sent out soon. We can say that we won't only be sending out diaries to panellists who are actively participating over Christmas. We want the fairest solution for all.
