Colonial Mutual Private Pension

First took out private pension with this company in 1991....frozen around 1994ish...went into super ann scheme. I am aware at one point they were taken over by Winterthur, and many years ago received statement saying it was worth £9000 odds. Moved home etc in this time, eventually e-mailed Winterthur last year to ask about my pension and how it stood currently...i didn't hear anything back at all, and to be honest forgot about it again.
Have done a few google searches again, but some are quite out of date stuff. Does anyone have a current contact/address for this company....are they still in existence?, and i take it that it just a case again of writing with my pesion plan number, dob and contact details again?

Colonial Mutual was an Australian firm that I think has ceased trading. See the enclosed.

You may be best advised to go to www.direct.gov.uk which has a tool for putting you in contact with pension providers. Its free to use.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -
