But are the apps of these games full price to download (ie £20?). If so, would be better buying the 2 games and you can always sell them both on when your little ones outgrow them.

My just turned 6 year old has cars 2 and he loves it - from the bits of the game that I have seen you are a "spy" and help to crack codes my solving various puzzles as the game progresses. The graphics are great........so much so that I want a go!!!

thannks. just ordered 3 games for the explorer tablet that i havent got yet, but at those prices, i didnt dare not get them.

Bought the Mr Pencil title when this offer was first on at the start of the week but other titles were not available on it & those that were rapidly sold out.

Other retailers (see Leapfrog website for list) are doing 2 for 1 instead & I got Disney Princesses & Dora at ToysRus on this offer (but reserve online if picking up in store as store stock levels shown online are not always correct).

Have now bought Cars 2 as well with credit on my amazon account so thanks for the tip!

Other than the saving in cost and the resellability of these cartridges (although I can't see that happening) I wanted this format as the downloads will eventually use up all of the on board memory. We only have one daughter however so the issue of sharing the same title on more than one device is not relevant to us & it may be to others.

The apps are still £20 online. Its a case of preference but dd has knackered ds cartridges before.so.if its on the leappad thrn she cant break it! You can also select and deselect on the website which of your purchased apps you have on at any one time which saves the space issue!
