:rotfl::rotfl:Not funny at the time but really funny when you look back on things like that. Many years ago my brother set fire to my hair with the wand thing on old gas cookers. I had really frizzy thick hair WHOOSH went up like straw had frazzles on one side of my head. Had to have the comb over style for a while :rotfl:
Oh was the crimping thing reduced also...think my daughter was after one of those.0 -

I posted earlier about it being brill for my hair but both my young daughters have long hair, one being near waist length and the other the middle of her back. I dont think it is any good for their hair at all..it did get slightly tangled. To try and use for volume didnt work either, it just pulled at their roots.
Maybe some other people might have different views but for my, past shoulder length hair with different lengths great ...any longer and it didnt seem so good x0
