Anyone recieve junk calls/mail from signing up with shopandscan.com?

Hi Guys,

I wonder if you would be able to help me. Have any of you received junk mailings/unwanted phonecalls from signing up with shopandscan.com? Also, have any of you signed up over the telephone?

No junk mail at all from these! Only had one phone call from them to see how i was doing. Been doing this for about 3 months now.

Likewise - my scanner broke down in the second week and they sent another. My only concern was "what if th e scanner when attached to my pc also sought out other data?"

Very happy with the rewards.

Ooh I never thought anything about the software and scanner retrieving other data from your computer....shall be paranoid every time I plug in now!!!:rolleyes:

I have been doing this for over 12 months now and no problems. I was also invited to send in VAT receipts for petrol - 250 points per month. triple points for scanning over the Christmas period too! I guess that I claim £85 in vouchers per year - which I usually save until Christmas - very handy!

After I signed up with shop and scan, TNS (who run shop and scan) invited my hubby to take part in their Food on the Go survey. He sends them a text everytime he buys food or drinks when out and they pay him £1 per text he sends - we've had £20 cash from them so far, on top of the £30 I've accumulated in shop and scan rewards since Dec last year.

They can mail me all they want - if I can make some extra cash from it!!:T

The only extra calls you would get as a result of this are the occasional invite for you or another household member to join a different panel - I work for TNS and we don't use the shopandscan panel for any other purposes. (If you do get any junk, complain to us!)

I've been a member of ShopandScan for coming up to a year now, I had a scanner play up, phoned them new one arrived following day recorded delivery, had a couple of questions, phoned them, excellent customer services, sent them an e-mail, got a reply within 4 hrs. Had a couple of extra bits to do, got rewarded 500 points for each (500 points = £0.50p). You get awarded 1000 points for each week that you submit your scanner results.

I do several other surveys, but ShopandScan are really excellent in all ways.
Knocking all the others into touch. They notify you by e-mail each week about your rewards, They even give you 10,000 points as a joining thankyou (£10). If I see an e-mail from them in my inbox, everything else waits until I have dealt with their e-mail.
Me and the misses actually fight over who is going to do the scanning, it's a laugh a minute here.
I can say I actually feel proud to be with them

I do shop and scan and am on their sky viewers panel. The only mail i get from them is when i haven't transmitted asking if there is a problem.
